aly---------------- i used to not cook chicken because i couldnt deal with raw meat. this is part of my way of working through it, getting past it. so funny. i'm so glad you liked these------ i assumed that people probably thought i was crazy. which is partly true.

I LOVE baking. My favorite to eat is key lime pie (I am from Florida!) It's so easy and fun, with some fresh berries on top. Mmm.

I also love strawberry rhubarb, lemon meringue...and pretty much anything in a crust!
