shine** is a holistic portrait experience for women. it is a safe place to explore and celebrate who you really are inside. it is a freeing and meaningful space where you will find the hidden beauty of the everyday you. it is not posed, fabricated or pre-planned. it flows from the present moment and is an expression of the most honest places in your soul.
the process
1. preparations: you will be guided through the selection of colors, clothes and songs that will help you honestly express yourself in your session.
2. the shine** session: two hours of experiential portraits in your home with shannon
during the session we will:
--- see and celebrate who you are inside
--- let what might have been hidden come to the surface
--- create a safe space to explore and enjoy the present moment
--- find beauty in your everyday life
--- take time to breathe
3. reflection space: this is the premiere of your images. you will come to shannon's studio for two hours to soak in each image and talk through what we see. this is a therapeutic experience where we discover things about who you are, and in the process, help you become more free.

the entire shine** experience is $550. this includes the preparation materials, the two hour shine** session at your home, and the two hour reflection space. we also offer custom books, image boxes and digital negatives that act as a tangible way to remember this season of your life. shannon is based in south pasadena and is available for travel.
